Equiclient Apparel was founded by a longtime hunter/jumper professional who loves all things organized and well-branded, and values the community created by the shared appreciation of the sport.

We created Equiclient Apparel as a functional solution to branded apparel for equestrian programs. We strive to make having cohesive, customized branding fun and easy for trainers, as well as clients, with customized barn storefronts.

 

What information do program heads need to provide to get store set-up started?

We need the following items in order to process your barn set-up:

  • Barn logo and wordmark
  • Barn colors (with hex codes/ thread colors if available)
  • Any specific requests or preferences with how logos are to be used
  • Setup fee of $75 

 

What does the store setup fee cover?

  • The setup fee covers the creation of your custom storefront, as well as basic logo digitizing fees for any embroidery products. 

  • When your farm store produces $400 in sales, you as the trainer/payor will receive your setup fee back in store credit. 

 

How long do orders take to come in? Is there a rush option?

Typically orders take 2-3 weeks to complete production, and then are sent out, with an average 2 days for delivery in Texas and 5 days nationwide. Some items may be able to be expedited upon request, and if you select RUSH at checkout, we will follow up and confirm the timeline with you within 24 hours.

 

How long will it take to build our store?

  • On average, stores take 7 calendar days to complete, depending on current demand. When demand is high, it can take up to 14 days, but we will always let you know what to expect when you purchase.

 

How do barns choose what items to offer?

We create a core offering for each barn, always taking your brand and style preferences into consideration. We are also happy to accommodate most special requests! The core offering consists of:

  • short sleeve t-shirts (youth and adult)
  • long sleeve t-shirts (youth and adult)
  • Hoodies (youth and adult)
  • Crewneck sweatshirts (adult)
  • Softshell jackets (men, women, youth)
  • Polos (men, women, youth)
  • Vests (men, women)
  • Custom show shirts (women)
  • V-neck sweater (women)
  • ½ zip sweatshirts (men and women)
  • 3-in-1 jacket (men and women)
  • Seamless technical shirts- short and long sleeve (women)
  • Custom saddle pads/ baby pads
  • Baseball caps
  • Beanies

Generally, all jackets, vests, and hats have an option for names or initials.

 

What if we want specialty items in our store?

We are happy to add custom requests to your farm in the form of specific items or particular brands.

We can also offer custom designs for program-specific sayings, graphics, or ideas.

Can we change the design/ layout of items?

Yes! Once your store is created, you can request any changes to layout/ design that you’d like. We encourage you to make sure that each item is exactly as you’d like it to be.

 

Can we make changes after the initial approval period?

Yes! Just reach out to us.

 

How do barn clients find the store?

  • We provide a barn-branded, private link to access your Equiclient store. We recommend that you post the private link under “Shop” on your website, as well as in your farm information on your social media pages.  
  • We also provide QR code posters that you can post in the barn.

 

Can we offer products in multiple colors?

  • Yes.  Most barns have 1 main base color, and then 1-2 additional colors offered with select items such as t-shirts, sunshirts, and hoodies.
  • We do recommend having one base color be dominant for the majority of items so that your brand is consistent and recognizable.

 

What is the return policy?

We stand behind the quality and finish of all our products; however, custom products can only be returned in specific situations:

  • Items that have been worn, used or altered may not be returned or exchanged.
  • When making a return, the request should be made within 10 days of receipt of order. 

 

Reasons for Return

Due to the personalized nature of our work, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur. 

  • The item is defective from the manufacturer. 
  • The embroidery quality is not commercially acceptable level and this must be agreed upon by both parties after communication of concerns has occurred.
  • The design you received on your products is markedly different from the final proof you approved by text, email or in person prior to us embroidering your order.
  • Proofs provided at the request of customer.

 

Thread Colors

Thread color may vary slightly from a digital representation. We do our best to provide you with the closest colors to match your design. We provide a digital proof that is the closest representation of the color to be used. That said, we do not guarantee 100% the thread color will match your original design.

 

Garment Sizing 

Garment sizes can vary from manufacturers. If you need information on sizes for a particular garment, feel free to request that information before ordering. Many of our garments are available in mens, womens, and youth sizes. Please make sure you are clear on the size you are ordering. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect size.

 

Do you ever hold sales?

We rarely hold sales because we try to price our items well at all times; but, occasionally will offer specials on particular products if we have a surplus in stock. Also, if your barn has a special event around which you’d like to create a sale, we can often work with you on that.
